From charming downtown European inspired architecture to country club living out east there is something for everyone in Venice. Designed in 1925 by renowned architect John Nolen it was one of the nations first planned cities complete with walking neighborhoods, widely landscaped thoroughfares, and homes designed around parks.
You’ll discover 1920s Mediterranean style homes within walking distance of the main downtown shopping district only minutes from the beach. Along the gulf you will find a mix of low-rise condos from the 1970s to brand new upscale condo projects that offer every amenity. South Venice has older residential neighborhoods that have such amenities as a private boat launching ramp and a ferry that takes you right to the beach. All for only a few hundred bucks a year.
Numerous golf course communities throughout town offer a large selection of home styles from suburban ranch to villas.
