For Gulf-front properties, land values range from $20,000 to over $30,000 per frontage foot. Bay front land is the most expensive, selling for around $1.5 to $2 million for the average 100-foot wide lot. Gulf-to-Bay land sells for about $25,000 to $35,000 per frontage foot.
