My wife Laura and I will not only help you find a house, but a home. A home in a community you can enjoy and be proud of. Some of our clients laugh at my wife and call her a real "full service" agent because she has helped them find a job, and a significant other after they moved here. We believe in treating you as we would want to be treated ourselves, and that means we don't just put you in a car, rush you in and out of houses and ask you at the end of the day which one you are ready to buy. That we believe is putting the cart before the horse. I mean sure some of you are quite familiar with the area and are at that point but most are not. Some people have told us they feel they are wasting "our time" and seem quite embarrassed by asking several questions not having anything to do with the actual purchase of a home. I feel it's our pleasure and our duty to fill you in on every aspect of our community that will affect your lives here before you make the important decision of which home suits you best. It is in that spirit that we conduct our business and try to explain everything in a clear and easy to understand fashion.
Below are the steps we take you through when purchasing a home. For those of you who have purchased a home before and are from another state you may want to skim through to find how Florida is different from your state and for those of you who are a first time home buyer I hope this will answer some of your questions.

When selling your home, there are no guarantees that a buyer will simply walk through the front door. In fact a recent survey conducted by the National Association of Realtors (NAR) of 7800 homeowners shows that only about 7% of homes were sold through an open house. Due to technology home searches over the internet have increased from 2% in 1995 to 82% at present. Effective marketing on the web is a must to help ensure that your property receives maximum exposure to attract a ready, willing and able buyer. It offers buyers a chance to view both the MLS and our own listings without having to sign in, which through research we found was a big hindrance for users.
